I asked David to come in and help me formulate a plan to fix some operational issues in my restaurant. The pandemic really threw us for a loop and after reopening things just weren't working right. We engaged David to observe the operations over the course of several weeks. He came in, interviewed nearly the entire staff, observed all forms of service and finally delivered us a summary of his observations.
David didn't pull any punches. He didn't sugarcoat it and tell me what I wanted to hear. He very articulately identified the issues in our organization, including the ways I was contributing to them, and very clearly gave us a plan, along with action items to effect change.
